AJ Jus Roast Beef Sandwich

1/4 lb. Roast Beef 6 Sesame Hogie bread 1 Tblspn of Mayo. Heat a med size pan over the stove and add the roast beef. Cook for about 1 min on each side and place on a paper towel. Toast hoagie bread in the oven add mayo to each side. Prepare Aj Ju Sauce per package directions. Serving: 6 sandwiches

"Tasty" Beef Roast

Daisha Family Dinner 4 carrots 1/4 cup of onions 4 peeled potatoes cut into 1 inches pieces 1 lbs beef roast 1/4 cup of water McCormick's roast in a bag Chop all veggies and place on the outside of the roast. Add the 1/4 of water and seasonings and shake up a bit to ensure all pieces are covered with the ingredients. Close the bag loosely and place in the lower rack of the oven. Cook at 300* degrees. I enjoy making roast for those who love to eat. A day after I made the roast I decided to make a roast beef sandwich with the leftovers. The sandwich was oh so good. Serving size: 4 Roast Beef Sandwichs 1/4 cup of shredded roast beef 1 sesame (toasted) optional 2 slices or cheddar cheese 1 tablespoon on Dijon Mustard Toast the bread and add the roast beef. Top the beef off with the cheddar cheese and then add the mustard and any other toppings of choice. It was great with some Baked Lays and a great big glass of water with ice....NO I am not on a diet, but water was all I had. :) BAKE

Tequila-Spiked Queso Fundido

Tequila-Spiked Queso Fundido 1/3 cup chopped seeded fresh poblano pepper 1/3 chopped onion 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/4 cup tequila 1 1/2 cups shredded Chihuahua; queso quesadilla and/or monterey jack cheese (6 oz.) 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour 1/3 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro Tortilla chips pr warm flour tortillas (optional) Chorizo sausage, cooked, well-drained, and crumbled (optional) Directions: preheat over to 350 degree. In a medium or large skillet, cook pepper and onion in a hot oil until tender. Remove pan from heat. Carefulu add tequila. Return to heat and simmer, uncovered, for 15 to 30 seconds or until most of the tequila has evaporated but vegetables are still mooist. Spoon mixture into the botton of the 6 to 7 inch overproof skillet, or a 2 cup au gratin dish. In a medium bowl, toss cheese with flour; sprinkle cheese mixture over vegetables. Tasty Sangria

It is not necessary to use expensive wines to make exquiste sangria. Look for a wine in the $8- $10 category. These are some good choices. Red Sangria - Shiraz, Zinfandel, Red Rioja, Spanish rose. Gewirztraminer, Avoid wnes with heavy tannins, such as Cabernet or Merlot. White Sangria - Pinot Grigio White Rioja, Riesling, Spanish Cava, Asti Spumante. Sweet Cherry Sangria 1 750-milliliter bottle red wine such as Beaujolais or Zinfandel 1 quart freshly squeezed orange juice (about 12 oranges) 1 1/2 cups fresh dark sweet cherries, pitted and halved 3/4 cup cherry beverage-flavoring syrup 1/2 Triple Sec or other orange-flavored liqueur Combine all ingredients; stir. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours to allow flavors to meld. Serve over ice. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
