Delicious Weekly Smoothies

Banana, Peanut Butter & Oatmeal Ingredients 1 semi rip banana or 1 frozen bananas 1 teaspoon peanut butter ½ cup uncooked (NOT instant) oatmeal ¼ cup “almond/silk” dark chocolate milk, 2% milk, or skim milk 1 to 2 pinches of cinnamon Optional: flax seeds Directions : place these first ingredients “OVER NIGHT” oatmeal, milk, and cinnamon (optional: add a dash of flax seeds). In the am add overnight mixture to the blender. Add the banana and peanut butter and blend until consistency is very smooth and liquid. Add ice if you would like. I don’t add milk or ice. **As you go along know you can always change the recipe to fit your likes. Red Bell Pepper Pasta Sauce

I love this sauce and had to add it to my site too. I hope you all enjoyed this. 1 jarred sweet red bell peppers; chopped 1/4 cup onion 3 cloves garlic 1 teaspoon butter or three swirls of olive oil Shaved fresh parmesean Chopped fresh parsley Add butter/olive oil to the pan and saute the onions, garlic, and then add the peppers. Add to the blender and give it a good whirl until the ingredients are "paste" like. Cook the pasta in boiling salt water until al la dente. Add the noddles into the pan and mix the sauce and noodles. shave some parmean and fresh pasley and let cook for about ten mins. remove and chill before serving. this recipe is inspired/done by REE DRUMMED. Cheddar/Guoda Baked Mac and Cheese

350 degrees30 min cook 30 min prep time 1/2 stick butter 1/4 cup onions 3 cloves of garlic; diced and peeled 1/2 cup flour 1 teaspoon ground mustard 1 teaspoon nutmeg 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon salt and pepper 8 slices Guoda Cheese; chopped 1/4 cup chopped apple smoked cheddar cheese or white cheddar 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, with another 1/4 cup cheese for additional topping at the end 1 1/2 cup milk (add as you're melting the cheese) 1 and 1/2 box penne noodles 1/4 cup parmesan cheese optional; 1/4 cup potato chips for topping; crushed in small pieces Cook noodles al la dente with a little olive oil; drain. add 1/2 stick butter to the pan. Mix onion and garlic then add the flour mixture. stirring until it gets thick add the milk ( little by little), and stir. Add the cheeses one by one stirring while adding the final ingredients.
