Gluten Free Baked Mac and Cheese
Serves: 8

4 cup gluten free noodles
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 garlic clove
½ chopped onion
1 egg
¼ cup of whole wheat flour
½ cup of milk
1 package of 90 calorie packages; Mozzarella, Parmesan, and Monterrey Jack
½ cup of cheddar

Cook veggies in 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add flour, egg, and milk and simmer until smooth. Stir in cheeses about 2 minutes. Boil Pasta until al a denta. Place in a baked pan at 350 degree for 20 minutes or until sides are golden brown.
