Stuffed Green Peppers

4 green/yellow/red/orange peppers; cut tops off and remove seeds 1 can tomato soup with 1/2 can water Dice 1 1/2 cup veggies; garlic, onions, zuchinni, pepper tops Cook corn on the cobb and remove kernals 1 pound of ground turkey; cooked Brown turkey, add a handful of veggies, then tomato soup and water, and bring to a boil. Cook the rest of the veggies and let sit. Add corn to veggies and season. Prepare peppers with layers; cheese, meat, veggies and continue until full. Cover with tin foil for about 30 mins and then remove add more cheese and the cook for about 10 mins. This can be a veggie dish. Use different cheese to add a great flavor. Great served wth Quinoa
