Most Important meal of the day.....


Indeed it is and I like to spend most of my morning sleeping in and making breakfast with a great cup of my favorite hazelnut flavor too.


French Toast


1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla

1 tablespoon of water

2 to 3 eggs


Whisk up all ingredients and dip bread pieces and adding to the pan. Cook 2 to 3 mins on each side with butter or oil to the pan for a little added crust for texture. Remember butter adds a bit of flavor too. Once all pieces you want are cooked you can cook the remaining eggs with an added additional egg. During this time you can also slice off two pieces of sausage; Jimmy Dean's is my favorite, but you can use any choice. This is a simple meal and all ingredients are usually in there, which makes it easier for each week. Don't forget you don't have to ONLY have breakfast in the morning this is a great meal for dinner too.


Tip- Switch sausage for hamburger meat and add some potatoes for a meal another day. I love breakfast and always trying new things. Ive also given you a recipe for this tasty meal a friend taught me.


Breakfast Rice


1 cup of white rice (fully cooked)

1 cup of ground beef

2 scrambled eggs with added 1/2 teaspoon of water

pinch of salt and pepper


Cooking the eggs and meanwhile brown the ground beef. Drain the beef. Combine eggs, beef, and rice along with the rest of the ingredients. This is a great meal, but you can always add it in a festive bowl with cheese topping.


I like to eat with a tasty piece of toast and butter, but if your trying to lower your carb intake use 1/2 cup of rice, this is so delicious. I will upload a picture and show you in the future.
