Chicken Tortellini Soup












2 Bullion cubes; chicken flavor
2 1/2 cups water
1 cup store bought roasted chicken, diced into 1-inch cubes/or shredded
1/4 cup frozen corn 3 celery ribs, sliced 2 carrots, sliced 3 garlic cloves; minced
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 package (9 ounces) refrigerated cheese tortellini
1/4 teaspoon pepper pinch of salt

Directions In crock pot, bring broth and water to a simmer on low for about 1/2 hour. Add all veggies and herbs. About one hour into cooking add chicken. Stir frequently, checking veggies. When veggies are almost done add (this is the last 30mins left of cooking) until tortellini shells are cooked and veggies to liking.

Yield: 8 servings (about 2 quarts).
