Kale Caesar Salad

1/4 cup mayo (some recipes call for 1/2 cup)
1 half lemon
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 clover garlic; finely minced
1 bunch of kale, chopped into 1/2 inch pieces
pinch of salt and pepper (to your taste)

Mix all ingredients until smooth. Add kale to mayo mixture. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Let the Kale sit in the fridge for 30 mins to 2 hours. The longer it sits the better it taste.

I had this at a friends house with my spaghetti I made and it was a perfect combination.

"this is a very lite and refreshing salad"

another friend commented "umm....mayo in your salad?" Little does she know that its better to make your own dressing because there is literally a million dressings that have items you cant even pronounce.
