Simple Morning Oatmeal


 
Perfect for taking to work for the week.
 
5-Grain Oatmeal

1.   chia seeds

2.   flax seeds

3.   amaranth

4.   quinoa
  1. steel-cut oats
Morning Cinnamon and Sugar Oatmeal
 
      1.  Steel-cut oats
 
      2. Cinnamon & Sugar spice (McCormick
 
      3.  Brown Sugar
 
      4. Craisins (Orange-Cran from Trader Joes)
 
      5. Slivered Almonds (crushed)
 
Instructions;
 
Measuring is really on what you prefer. Start with 1 cup of steel oats for the bases and start adding Steel-cut oats. I also like to ad a tablespoon or two of milk (2%).
 
Oats about 1 cup, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and sugar, 1 teaspoon of brown sugar, grab a little handful of craisins, and 1 tablespoon of crushed almonds.
Add water to the bowl cook for 2 mins (about 2 tablespoons)
Add milk afterwards and its almost like cereal (about 2 teaspoons)
