Turkey Tacos (too simple and tasty)

Cherry Pepsi & Wine

1/2 pound of Turkey meat
1/4 cup of zucchini,
1/4 onions
1/4 cup green peppers
1/2 cup Mexican blend cheese (you can use whatever you want)
Taco Seasoning; (I prefer to make mine) or Package Seasoning is ok
Daisha's Seasoning; 1 to 1 & 1/2 tablespoon of my seasoning

Daisha's Seasoning (Multi Uses)
Grind it; more fine & mixes better

2 tablespoon cumin
2 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 tablespoons Cayenne Pepper
1 tablespoon dried onions
1/2 tablespoon garlic
1/2 tablespoon of dash of pepper and just a few dashes of sea salt

Shells

Ortega flat bottom shells
Trader Joe (wheat and corn mixture)
Medium Size Corn

Cook the turkey meat until fully cooked. Add veggies until onion is translate then and add taco seasoning. Splash a little water, bring all flavors together, and simmer for 5 mins. Sometimes I sprinkle cheese onto the meat mixture. scoop into taco shells of choice. ( Pic: store bought small handheld shells: Ortega Brand), Trader Joes are my favorite and reheat them on each side in a pan.

When I'm preparing the veggies with the meat I start to heat up my favorite TJ's tortillas (wheat and corn). Great flavor and less fat/calories than corn.

Serve Warm.

TIP: hard shells: add to over for about 10 mins to heat up (350 degrees in a glass pan facing upwards)

Fixings; diced onions, tomatoes, lettuce, and cheddar (Mexican blend) cheese.

Makes about 5 tacos
