Breakfast Grind W/ Oats

Greek Goddess Honey & Strawberry Yogurt
 
One layer of granola 1/4 cup
Layer of Blackberries 6-10
1 whole banana; sliced 1/8 inch
5-8 strawberries; sliced

Instructions;

Start with a layer of granola, yogurt, blackberries & bananas, granola, yogurt, strawberries & bananas, and top off with the rest of the tasty treats, I usually wait a few mins to get the granola a little soften.

I love this for the beach,  great healthy snack for after school snacks or workout, or work

Morning Cinnamon & Sugar Oatmeal (w/milk)
 
 












5-Grain Oatmeal
1. chia seeds
2. flax seeds
3. amaranth
4. quinoa
5. Steel-cut oats
 
Morning Cinnamon and Sugar Oatmeal
1.  Steel-cut oats
2. Cinnamon & Sugar Spice (McCormick)
3.  Brown Sugar; splash
4. Craisins (Orange-Cran from Trader Joes)
 5. Slivered Almonds (crushed)
6. flax seeds
 
Instructions;
 
Measuring is really on what you prefer. Start with 1 cup of steel oats for the bases and start adding Steel-cut oats. I also like to ad a tablespoon or two of milk (2%).
 
Oats about 1 cup, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and sugar, 1 teaspoon of brown sugar, grab a little handful of craisins, and 1 tablespoon of crushed almonds.
Add water to the bowl cook for 1.5 or 2 mins (about 2 tablespoons)
Add milk afterwards and its almost like cereal (about 2 teaspoons)
