"Tasty" Beef Roast

4 carrots

1/4 cup of onions

4 peeled potatoes cut into 1 inches pieces

1 lbs beef roast

1/4 cup of water

McCormick's roast in a bag

Chop all veggies and place on the outside of the roast. Add the 1/4 of water and seasonings and shake up a bit to ensure all pieces are covered with the ingredients. Close the bag loosely and place in the lower rack of the oven. Cook at 300* degrees.

I enjoy making roast for those who love to eat. A day after I made the roast I decided to make a roast beef sandwich with the leftovers. The sandwich was oh so good.

Serving size: 4

Roast Beef Sandwichs

1/4 cup of shredded roast beef

1 sesame (toasted) optional

2 slices or cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon on Dijon Mustard

Toast the bread and add the roast beef. Top the beef off with the cheddar cheese and then add the mustard and any other toppings of choice. It was great with some Baked Lays and a great big glass of water with ice....NO I am not on a diet, but water was all I had. :)
