Cooking Classes

I had no clue what to expect, but glad I did it. My first day at Blue Ribbon cooking school, and it was the best evening spent in a while. Imagine the smiles and happy people around you eager to learn skills and techniques to help their cooking in the kitchen. Many people were there for the first time.

Blue Ribbon is really an experience for anyone who wants to learn how to cook, try something new, and be able to learn from chefs who have learned how to cook all over the world. In fact the most important thing you need to remember is everyone will have their own way of doing things.

Our menu was really about a variety of different techniques, from appetizers, entrée, and event ideas with a twist of dessert for your guest.

Northwest wine, fruit, and cheeses are a common welcoming gift and we began with meet and greet and talking about what everyone is there for. Its about what everyone wants to learn, what others within the city have to offer.

I think it’s really going to be a great way for me to mingle and have people who are interested in the same thing as me. I’m hoping I will continue to make this the best investment ever and be able to emerge myself into the industry.
