Thai Dipping Sauce

1 cup Sweet Chili Sauce (available at Asian Markets or in Asian aisle of supermarket)
1 tablespoon soy sauce

Mix chili and soy sauce until well blended.

Yesterday I went to Trader Joe's and got a few wines. Of coarse anything under 5.00 bucks. I found this amazing "delectable red" wine by Blackstone. It's smooth, fruit forward. It's VERY similar to a cab. sav. If you happen to need a bottle for a gift, because you are NOT sure what type of wine someone likes this is a great wine to give. Where have I been....Making Tacos

Hello, I'm sorry for the delay in writing to my readers. I have been working on getting my life together and figuring out my next chapter in life. I also stopped by saying my computer was down and this was the reasons I was not able to blog daily, weekly, or even monthly. I'm looking to get a few things on this blog. I have been exploring Seattle city. I lived here for over 11 years of my life, however I lived a completely different life. I was doing and making moves differently and have to say 2017 was amazing, but proud to say looking forward to 2018. I have been all around the Seattle Metropolitan area trying delicious dishes, but please believe I haven't stopped cooking. Apple Butter Pumpkin Pie (Paula Dean)

Ingredients 1 cup apple butter 1 cup fresh or canned pumpkin 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger 3 eggs, slightly beaten 3/4 cup evaporated milk 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell Sweetened whipped cream, for garnish Directions Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Combine apple butter, pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices in a bowl. Stir in eggs. Gradually add milk and mix well. Pour into pie shell. Bake for about 40 minutes or until set. Cook's Notes: -If the crust begins to burn, place tin foil around the crust and lower the temperature of the oven. -A tasty topping for this pie is praline pecans.
