Pumpkin Pie Dip (Sweet)

8 oz. cream cheese
2 cups confectioner sugar
One 15 oz ca pumpkin pie filling
1  1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Beat cream cheese and sugar at medium speed. Add pie filling cinnamon, ginger, and beat well.
Cover and chill.

Serve with warm tortillas baked in the over with butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Apples are perfect for this dish, especially this time of year they are delightful; red delicious, fuji, and gala are ideal.

Ingredients...
Tortillas are cut into wedges (5 tortillas)
1/2 cup butter
1/2 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon (mmixed)

Directions....
Lather a little bit of butter on the tortilla
Dash cinnamon and sugar mixture on the tortillas
bake at 350 for about 5 to 7 mins, until crisp or your liking.

Where have I been....Making Tacos

Hello, I'm sorry for the delay in writing to my readers. I have been working on getting my life together and figuring out my next chapter in life. I also stopped by saying my computer was down and this was the reasons I was not able to blog daily, weekly, or even monthly. I'm looking to get a few things on this blog. Apple Butter Pumpkin Pie (Paula Dean)

Ingredients 1 cup apple butter 1 cup fresh or canned pumpkin 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger 3 eggs, slightly beaten 3/4 cup evaporated milk 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell Sweetened whipped cream, for garnish Directions Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Combine apple butter, pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices in a bowl. Stir in eggs. Gradually add milk and mix well. Pour into pie shell. Bake for about 40 minutes or until set. Cook's Notes: -If the crust begins to burn, place tin foil around the crust and lower the temperature of the oven. -A tasty topping for this pie is praline pecans.
