Garlicky Shrimp(s)














Shrimp Marinate;
30 to 40 count (2 lbs) shrimps; deveined & peeled...(frozen)
1 lemon; juiced and zest
3 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 tablespoon or 1 red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon garlic; minced
3 tablespoon butter
Thin spaghetti or thin linguini pasta
Fresh Parsley ; pinch of it. (décor and garnish)

Shrimp Broth;
Shrimp shells (I didn't use them)
3 cups water; bring to boil
1/4 cup onion; chopped

Prepare marinate; lemon, olive oil, pepper flakes, garlic, and shrimp and whisk in a large. Marinate for 30 to 1 hour. In a medium boil; boil water add onion and shrimp shells. Drain and reserve 1/4 cup of "shrimp broth". In the meantime add 5 cups water with salt for the pasta. Cook at al la dente for 9 mins (2 mins less then directions on box); 7 mins. Let sit in cool water until ready to serve.

In a medium pan add butter on medium heat, add the marinated shrimp (flatten for 3 mins on each side); until shrimp starts to curl. Remove shrimp from pan, set aside. Keep sauce in pan. Add 1/4 cup reserved broth and bring to a boil. Simmer until mixed well and starts to boil. Pour over pasta or in the pan (drained pasta)
